  10. 8 oz of wide egg noodles
  11. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.
  2. Sauté the vegetables: In the same pot, add the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Simmer the ingredients: Return the beef to the pot. Add the beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about an hour, or until the beef is tender.
  4. Cook the noodles: Add the noodles to the pot and cook them according to the package instructions, or until they’re tender.

Tips
