Instructions
- Prep the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set them aside.
- Start the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they’re soft and fragrant. Add the crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
