    • 16 oz whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • 2 large eggs

    • 1 cup milk or buttermilk

    • 1½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs or panko

    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • ½ tsp paprika

    • Salt & black pepper, to taste
